Three child seats

Is it possible to fit three child seats across in the back of a 3GS?

My brother's family is coming over for a couple of weeks and we are trying to figure out if he can just borrow the Lexus while they are here, or if they need to rent a minivan.

I saw audi a4 with 3 car seats in the back. The middle one is smaller than the other 2. Its doable depends on the car seats. 3 Recaro car seat wont fit.

Agree...I have 2 kids, one in high back child seat and one in bosster seat. On occasions I can fit another booster seat in the middle, but if you have 2 high baby seats (the base is larger) then it's hard to even fit in another booster seat.

I have 2 seats in the back. Occasionally an adult will ride along in the vacant seat. I wouldn't see a problem if a 3rd seat is needed back there.

It really depends on the type of seats they have. Are they full on car seats or are the kids older now and just user booster seats? If just booster type seats, then they should fit no problem. If full on seats that get strapped to the seats themselves, then I doubt it. I had two in mine and no way another would fit in between them.

We have one rear facing, one forward facing, and one booster in mine. All three have plastic bases and fit.

No room to spare, but they will squeeze in for the occasional use.

agreed. with 2 full scale car seats on the outsides, you don't even want to fit anything in the middle. but if it's say 3 boosters, it's probably ok
