I have an 06-07 GS350 with Nav and levinson. For the past couple months the radio either won't come on or turns off. when it works, it'll be fine for about 5 minutes, then unable to change volume for about 5 minutes, then completely shuts off. I'm unable to change volume and unable change the balance/fader. Everything else seems to work, except voice commands I think it quits also, never used it before.

Any suggestions would be great. There is an aftermarket ipod adapter in it, something best buy put in about a year ago.

Could be the adapter or something in the back of the head unit came loose. May want to pull the Nav unit out and check the back.

Turns out was old iPod interface that best buy didn't take off adapter when installing simple interface. All seems good now. Odd it took like 6 months before issues
