Default Opinions on this set up

I've been reading the wheel threads and I want to do a set of Vossen CV1's. I'd like to do 19x8.5 up front and 19x10 in the rear. Tires would be 245/35/19 and 275/30/19. Its a 2006 gs300 awd and I also plan on putting the Tanabe NF210s on it. My main question is will these tires work and what about off sets? +38 and +45? I know there are tons of posts on this and that is where I got most of my info, but I need some input.

I hate to keep beating a dead horse, but I found out that the rear offset would be +38. Is this going to stick out too much? Also wouldn't a 285/30/19 be a better fit since it keeps the overall diameter almost the same? I really don't want to make an expensive mistake. Thanks for any help.

I went with 9.5 in the rear with 275/30/19. I believe my offset was +38.
