i assume you mean the two bolts to pop off the caliper? I forget what the rotor looks like on the 3GS but i dont believe they have set screws on the face. If not, its probably just rusted on there. Get a rubber mallet and give it a few good whacks.

This may help, not a GS, but the IS is the same suspension set-up.

I removed mine pretty simple, you
Take brake pads off u dont fully need to
Remove the cAlliper all u do is take the top screw off and then move the caliper to the right where there is enough clearance for the rotors to come off. Take a hammer and whack it a few times on the face of the rotors where brake pads used. Take 2 screws and start screwing them in slowly one after another until rotor is popped off. Ofcourse dont have your e brake on when trying to remove the rotor.

so everyone says the same example, but sometimes it doesnt come off as easily as that and it has to do with the parking brake adjustment, it is a small silver wheel that you turn to expand or tighten your foot brake brake shoes and it is accessed from the small gromet you remove from the rear rotor. the groment hole needs to be lined up with the side of the rotor facing the back of the car here are some pics of the parts so no one ever has this problem to deal with.
