guess I'm the only one liking the 4300. I find high temp to be glaring. My fog is 5000 HID and every time I have that on I feel like looking into a monitor screen. 4300 is just perfect, not too bright and soft on the eyes.

4300 isnt bad and ideally its the best light output. the higher you go the worse the light output becomes. i only went with 6000k because i want a slightly whiter light.

^agreed. same went for me when i chose the 6k.

I am attempting to change the headlights out today (it's been either too dark or too rainy all week). I took off the covers, pulled off the plastic windmill-looking piece, turned that silver knob..... and can't for the life of me see the clips that I am supposed to push together to get the bulb out - ??? Did I not turn the silver knob far enough? Am I supposed to be a contortionist to see the clips? Should it be readily visible once the silver thing is turned? All of this was on the passenger side, so I think to myself, I'll try the drivers side and see if that goes any better..... well, apparently my fingers are not as strong as whoever put the plastic windmill on that side - I can't even get the darn thing off, and that part in the way really doesn't help..... Need to get these changed before we depart for the holidays.... ***sigh***

TADA!!!!! :woot: :woohoo: finally got them done. The pics in the 'changing headlight' were confusing to me.... but figured it out. Thanks to all, and Merry Christmas!
