Hi guys I was wondering on the 06 gs430 how hard is it to remove light n open up to blk out housing? It's nearly impossible on 745 BMW .

The lights wont fit in the home oven, you would need to use a heat gun and heat up the boarder around the housing and that takes about 20 mins or so. I took mine apart and it took 20 mins each.

You only need to heat it up to soften the glue. and then pull them apart.

yes you need to remove the bumper to remove the headlight
