Don't forget about you spare also. If that is low it will trigger it also. I know the early tc's had a little issue with them. Toyota recommended to let the air out of the tires wait a bit then refill. Seemed to work on a friends 06 Tc. Her light stayed on even with correct pressure. I know that's not how you reset but it worked.

Best thing to do: when it is cold outside, bring your tires up to your desired psi and then re-initialize the system. You should be good for the rest of the winter. If the light comes on and stays on again after that, check the tires for leaks and physical damges.
don't need to re-initialize. Once the psi is around 35 the light will turn off on it's own. And yes I agree should go and pump it up to the recommended psi when the light start to turn on/off.

common sense, once it gets cold, air pressure gets lower. lol, weird topic. guess its the first car for some that has tpms. you must have been driving on low pressure in your old cars.
Once the frost hits check pressure, same thing with spring time.
