If your radio has a SAT button and you can tune to the XM/Sirius preview channel then you should be able to get it. You'll just have to call XM/Sirius.. they probably won't give you a free preview but it only costs around $14/month and you can try it out. I just renewed again with them for 6 months. I dig it, good sound quality, hardly any commercials at all, lots of channels too.
If your car doesn't support it you could always get an external satellite radio that you can take in and out of your car. Not as pretty looking but at least you have the option.

having SAT button only means the head unit is XM ready, i do not believe you can subscribe or even preview anything yet. press on the AM-SAT and i don't think get anywhere other than AM (at least that's how my car is). you still need the tuner module in order to get it going
