I have saved thousands of dollars over what the stealership told me. I too, had the same issues with my transmission,P0756 shift solenoid. I might add the cost was cheaper than a transmission fluid change through Lexus. I sent my ECU to SIA Electronics. They changed out the transmission control module in the ECU. I just reinstalled the ECU tonight and now it runs just fine! Amazing and cheap. Three cheers to SIA Electronics for fixing my transmission issues. BTW, if this is your only mode of transportation, you might be out for one to two weeks after removing and sending the ECU in for repair.

Is the process you describe difficult to perform? I am looking for a mechanic that I can trust and also knowledgeable. Thank you for the information. Where is SIS Electronics located

I'am having the same issue with P0756 shift solenoid. Which one is that exactly. How much did it cost to send your ECU to SIA and let them fix it? I'm at a point right now where I'm trying to determine if its even worth getting it done or just buying a new car. I had to get my whole engine rebuilt and now its the tranny.
