Default Maintenance at 140,000km?

what should i change my car has 140,000KM

water pump, timing belt, spark plugs?? anything else?

Uh, it's in the users manual as well as on lexus.ca.

Spark plugs would have been due at 96,000 km so I doubt they are due at 140k. I don't remember what car you have but unless it's the 430 then there is no timing belt.

There is no reason to replace a water pump unless it's not working.

gs 300 awd.... so the sparkplugs should've been changed?

Yes, at 96,000 km. Also at 96K the transmission fluid. I believe at 120 something the differential fluids need doing. After that, perhaps closer to 140 is when they start recommending you change your coolant.

i dont think any of that has been done... i bought the car at 106,000km used..

should i be going to lexus dealership to do all of this, or should i go to a small shop

you should not "think".. ask the previous owner/dealership or have a reputable shop do a full check up

You bought a used car and drove it 30K without even knowing what regular maintenance has been done or needed to be done? Pretty brave.

You shouldn't be this careless to your car because it can break down like any other machine. Pretty sad if you didn't even change the oil.
