Default Question about OEM XM kit

I am getting ready to order the OEM XM kit from Sewell but I just noticed something in the install manual that I downloaded. Under conflicts, it says
"iPod Interface, Sirius Satellite Radio", and I have the VAIS iPod interface. Does anyone have this setup and is there a conflict?

vaistech is ok. the factory xm unit is conflict with factory ipod kit. that's because the factory ipod kit actually takes over the oem sat "spot". vaistech ipod kit doesn't
