Thanks Corey and Patrick for the added info.

So...I went to the Lexus dealer to get XM installed. They said Lexus no longer carries the various items necessary so that XM is compatible w/ my '07 GS350 (with shark fin). Dealership advised I go to a nearby audio shop (Al and Eds, with multiple locations in Los Angeles) for an aftermarket install.

Now...I didn't fall off the whoopie wagon yesterday. Although I haven't researched further, I'm sure there must be OEM XM satellite units that work with my car (Nav but no ML). Furthermore, Hell would have to freeze before I take my car to an Al and Eds.

I'm going to be installing the OEM XM unit next week. At home, no dealership needed.

Sewell Lexus shipping me the unit, downloaded the instructions right from their website. http://lexus.sewellparts.com/pdf/GSXM.pdf
(I have a GS450h w/ML though) not sure if its the same. (oh, And I think I got the last one they had too.)

I just did it install two weeks ago and it wasn't too bad. The only place I could find the OEM tuner was Sewell. The only thing I would say is to order a few extra clips for the trunk lining because some are in awkward spots and you might lose one. It only took me about an hour and a half to do everything and I got a free month trial without even calling to activate. I should have taken pics...
