So I was at the dealership today for service....again and decided to check on the blue emblems, now has anybody with a 2007 ever put this on cause I think I would need to change my whole grill, any input would be nice.

Hey bigblack, I work at Lexus Westminster Parts and although I don't know the exact sizes on the newer hybrid emblems, I just want you to make sure before you buy it. A lot of times, even though it looks like it fits, it won't. This comes from experience.

Also, do you have the precrash sensor on it? If so, that emblem will cost upwards of around $1000.00 so that is definitely not worth it. I have a 3GS too so I would test it for you but we don't have any blue emblems in stock at the moment.

 

I saw an IS350 with a hybrid blue emblem in it.

Why was that there? Did IS's come with precrash?

 

Not all hybrid emblems have precrash. He might have gotten an older emblem?

 

one guy here modified a non-precrash emblem to fit his GS non-h.

Yeah checked it today before I ordered it, the verdict is that it does not fit its actually 4cm give or take not much but in other words wouldn't work. The newer GS maybe less than that but this grill it ain't gonna work. Guess I'm getting the black pearl emblem. Thanks all!
