Forgestar came out with their new CF5 model, although the blocks have yet to arrive. But with 9.5" wide wheels and wider, the concavity is pretty deep.
It's less of a 'VIP' look but the design is simple and classy.

 

what size are these? hmm i wonder how much cv2's go for.

I'd recommend going with 245-30's and 295-25's for proper fitment though.

I paid $3250 for the rims, tires, tax, and shipping.
