Default Tune-up?

Just wanted to know when to change the spark plugs.
The 06 has 73K miles and it should be getting close to the time to change.
Has anyone reached it yet?

well many on this site have said that it showed be changed at 60,000k I plan on changing them at 51,000 miles and the dealer recommends 60,000k in MA and I believe your manual says it as well. Hopefully this was helpful.

60K?? My dealership has not mentioned it....and they are always trying to get money out of me for service visits.
The car rides fine, I guess I'll look into it.

I done it at 52k miles, they didn't look bad but honestly felt better acceleration with them.

For the 07 GS350, the 60k "service" states the oil/filter to be changed, engine air and cabin filters be changed, as well as the spark plugs and brake fluid. The rest of the "service" is all inspection of various components on the car. I just did a complete brake replacement (pads, rotors, hardware, fluid) over New Year's weekend and will be doing the rest of the 60k service this weekend. My estimate of savings on doing all this work myself is at least $500.

Everything else has been done on the 06 but I don't recall them ever saying I needed to change the plugs.
Most cars these days go til 100K on a set. Why are our cars doing it at 60K? Heck, My 96 Camaro was 100K. That was a Chevy....14 years ago on a still outdated engine. Go figure.
