Lexus 22 inch rims staggered WILL THEY FIT?

I went to my local rim shop looking to put 22's on my Lexus with staggered fitment. They told me that they would fit with a 22:10 in back 22:9 in front and 295 25 22 in the back with a 245 20 22 on the front. They told me it would rub on u turns. do you guys have any suggestions for me with these sizes? I don't want to lower my car at all so that's why I'm going 22s. Any input is well appreciated

so you want to ride on rubber bands and risk ruining you investment with such small tires. You can run 22x8 in the fornt and 22x10 in the rear but 3 piece well will probably be the only way.

Do they fit? probably... but better watch out for potholes.

yes i want to ride on rubber bands im from California and around here we ride big baby please any real suggestions maybe diff tire sizes etc maybe not staggered? Will it ride better if they are all the same rather then staggered? and swtjlsy how am i ruining my investment with 22 what will 22's mess up?

I live here also in Califorina and have ridin on 22s and had to replace rims and tires from pot holes that all I saying it your money. Staggered or same does not make a difference, the only diffenece is the cost for staggered vs the cost for same size. If you plan on lowing it you better go with the 245/20/22 in the front and the 295/25/22 in the rear what shop did you get a price from?

I went to California wheels. They do good work as ive heard. They also were working on lots of expensive cars when i went..red range rover caught my eye on 24s...i dont plan to lower because of my warranty. so 245/20/22 in the front u say y not 25 instead of 20 more thread the better especially if im not lowering right

swtjlsy 10-20-10 09:03 PM

Yeah I ran 245/30/22 on my G35 and it rode god but the pot holes are what did it in. Tommy does do great work and he know he stuff but you are the one who has to foot the bill in the end. I fit was my car I would ride 20s staggered in Vossen lowered on coils. I have this set up right now and it ride like stock if not softer. I'm running 245/35/20 and 275/35/20 in the rear but like I said it up to you.

Egads. Sorry that G35 looks absolutely horrendous and I pray I never see a GS like that.

Time to do car shopping? Egads.

Sorry the pic of those rims looks like a cheap cast wheel. No thanks.

Please check out the vendor forum:) we have many vendors there including wheel companies selling really good wheels/tires in that range. Don't sell yourself short, do the research and stunt right. I've held car shows, I've won car shows, I am active in the community and cheap wheels KILL a good looking luxury car like the GS.

Think of the GS as an Armani suit and the rims as shoes. You wouldn't rock Payless shoes would you? NO!

Voicing a dissenting opinion is not "hating".:) You might want to read the sig and not just look at the pic. Or I can change the pic.;)
