Some of you may remember me, but my guess is most won't lol.
I bought a 2006 GS300 in Dec. '07 and the rattles pissed me off so much so that I sold it and bought an E55 AMG. It was fun and all, but long story short, I've seen expended my fleet of cars and now I'm looking for a daily driver...and the GS is looking like the best bet once more! However, I'm looking at a 2007 GS350, 30k miles, not certified, (Toyota dealer) for 31.5K OTD. Loaded w/ everything, granite whatever it's called gunmetal color and grey leather.
What do you think? Decent deal?
Anyway, this is my old GS:

Then my E55 (now sold)

And my other toy that requires me getting a DD, '05 S4 Avant:

So cross your fingers that the deal go through without a hitch b/c I'm gonna throw in a trade in into the deal and they don't know lol

If the rattles pissed you off before, they will **** you off again.
My sense with this car is rattles are a function of the kind of roads you drive on. GSs driven on nice smooth suburban roads are rattle free. Those on urban roads less so.
My car is rattle free when in Atlanta, and rattles when in Miami.

Well I did the deal. I dumped my Ford Expedition (which I had to tow my quad to the beach, but since I no longer have a quad, I couldn't care any less!), and picked up the GS! It's very nice and QUIET!
The 303HP is VERY nice compared to the lethargic 240 something in the 300.
Anyway, I'll see you guys around, time to being modding!
