My car doesn't have navi so I don't have a h1 wire harness. So do I just cut the purple and ground the yellow(parking brake)???

I believe it's the speed sensor feed you're talking about. I cut it so that I can use the bluetooth while the car is in motion. Before that, bluetooth was disabled when the car exceeds about 10 km/h

parking brake wire is not speed sensor. to enable dvd video, you need to do the parking brake wire, not speed sensor
