Default Houston, TX - 2008 Lexus GS 460

Hello every one. I am new to the site here and I just bought a another car. GS460. Haven't posted much since I signed up due to the Massive amounts of info in here.

I just bought my GS 460 from an individual that took impeccable care of it. Only 53k miles on the car and I got it for well under market value. Was a deal I couldn't pass up. I am still learning about the car so forgive me for the minimal info on it.

Original owner has dropped it 2 inches and added the wheels, tires, and after market exhaust with tips. As soon as I can figure everything else out about it, I will definitely let y'all know.

Just out of curiosity, how rare is the GS 460? I see a lot of people saying that

Congrats! Welcome to the club of the few Car looks really clean. As that thread posted by ThomasGS4 says, they're definitely rare cars; I've seen a few over the past 2 years for sale in my area, but it's not often. As far as out on the road, the only other one I've seen (I checked every 3GS in Cali and Houston when visiting my gf's family as well) was a white one that I almost bought from a Toyota dealer, but that one was on some horrible wheels and had some tacky mods done... So, only one in the past 2 years in several states. Pretty cool to own a car that's technically more rare than a lot of Ferrari's! Enjoy it.

I actually owned a GS 460 before that the wife drove. She LOVED that car. Until a guy a truck....texting.... rear ended her at a stop light and pushed her into the truck in front of her.

I was looking at the C63 AMGs, but they felt a little cramped to me. Damn fun cars to drive though, and you absolutely cannot beat that sound!

You're right about the sound. Mine is currently getting exhaust work as we speak. I am not sure why it seemed cramped to you because it holds me like a glove and I am 6ft tall 200lbs. I need that tight fit for the taking the corners at the track.
