Can give me advice on what is a good lease rate with 2k, 4k or 6k down for a 24/36 month lease? I'm undecided and see that the lease rates are great for the 24 month and I like to switch cars up frequently.

If you go to lexus.com and go to the tab to find some local dealers and then hit thier individual websites look for special offers and you'll know what's in your area.

In NYC $499 36 mo 3K down incl NAV pkg. I haven't seen quotes for 24 mos.

Go to the appropriate forum at Edmunds (http://townhall-talk.edmunds.com/Web...06.ef9da3e/393) and ask the question. Usually get a response back from the moderator within 48 hrs. Specify the car you're inquiring about (lease rates can differ between RWD and AWD and of course, time and mileage). The amount of money you put down (and you shouldn't put ANY money down) has no bearing on what rate is available. Also, rates change monthly. Information for June probably won't be available until end of next week.

You need to read up on leasing a car. I'm concerned for you considering you feel any money you put down matters on what the Lexus money factor is.

Just recently leased a 2010 350awd with Nav/ML 3 years/15k miles per year tax included for 701 a month with no money down and for drive off just paid for first months and dmv fees which total came out to around 900$.
