Has anyone ever had their sunroof not close properly and instead kept hearing a clicking noise instead? Mine just closes from the left side but the right side stays up. Has this ever happened to anyone. What should i do?

Examine it with your eyes when trying to close it. See where it's getting stuck and try to free it if you can by gently helping it along. Clean and lubricate. Some part of the mechanism is probably off the track.

Does it freely go up and down on the one side? It sounds from your post that it does.

Google for similar moon roof problems on any vehicle, the moon roof on the GS is not any different from any other modern car... other people who have had the same problem in a Civic probably have just as valid of an answer as you'll find here, which is kind of low traffic.
