What's a "Carson kit"? I googled it and get all kinds of weird result.

if you check the 3gs classifieds, you should see ice350 selling his carson sides and rear, though i think he may have found a buyer...

I know I was a little upset when I found out they were all out as well. I figured I would get the lip only, but they were trying to blow them out so you had to buy the entire kit to get any part of it. I still think the rear looks awkward but the rest rocks.

I agree...i won't be surprised in a couple months/years, this discontinued 3GS Carson Kit will/might increase in price due to demand in the used parts market.

I saw a kit up close a couple months ago-the quality/fitment of this kit is TOPNOTCH.

I do have the sides and rear and there are front lips out there that match it pretty well.
I won't have my pieces for long. Lot's of guys have said they wanted my stuff but nobody has come up with the cash. If it's still in my storage by the time my new kit arrives, the Carson stuff is going in the garbage.

Now why wouldn't you give it to a member who was willing to pick it up,rather then trashing it??

Cause I'm like that. I give things away when it's my idea...but when I offer up some good stuff super cheap and people who are really interested try to sweat you to go even ridiculously lower, I'd rather throw it out. It would be different if I was selling for some stupid high price but I usually sell my stuff very cheap.
Recently I sold a set of Work T1S with tires (new fronts) for 1500 cause I wanted them to have a good home. I sold a set of Mayas for 750. So on and so on. But this is different. I know people want this stuff. I have the messages to show. Nope, it's gonna be trashed. No hard feelings. I got love for everyone...but I'm eccentric sometimes. I'm cool with knowing that about myself.

It's all moot at this point. I just accepted payment and this item is sold.
It wasn't about the money, couple bucks ain't gonna make me rich. It's about giving away a quality item for little money....without haggling.

Peace
