I went to the dealer to get my front dust brakes changed to dustless and my front chair was making squeaking noise so i brung it in and i went to test drive it with another person 1st he said the squeak was the leather but i know it isnt its comming from the bottom of my chair he then advised me to use condititioner to get rid of the noise but the thing is i just had it detailed 3 days ago so that made no sense. Then he said my car wasn't under the TSIB for dust brakes so i said thats wierd i read that it was. then he said thats only for the IS

thats all for my day.... i wonder what they are ganna say about my engine clatter noise.... that comes once a month...

there is a TSB and its weird that he would deny it. They get paid well to do these campaigns for Lexus

they check your vin to see if you qualify for the tsib. maybe your vin didn't qualify?
