Default F-sport Wheels - Experts Please Help!

All - I am tempted to order the Fsport wheels, which I love and think are GREAT... so I have some questions I hope you can help with:

1) Does anyone have pictures of a GS with these wheels already (prferably a G in Smokey Granite Mica)
2) Does the offset on these wheels indicate they will be more flush with the fenders?
3) The recommended tire size from Lexus is: 1
Front: Tire: Michelin Pilot Sport PS2
225/35ZR19 88Y XL

Front: Tire: Michelin Pilot Sport PS2
255/35ZR19 96Y XL

Is this the maximum size I can put on there without rubbing and to ensure a flush alignment with the fenders???

wow those are pretty weak offsets. for sure they are better than stock, but i wouldn't say they go really flush with the fenders

I have the stock 2008 GS460 rims with 7mm spacers now... should I keep the spacers? Will 7mm be TOO much?

i don't think 7mm will be too much. you should still have plenty of space. just make sure you still have enough threads for lugs

When I bought the spacers, I changed out the lugs to +5mm over factory.... I have enough now, so assuming the wheels themselves aren't thicker than the factory (i.e., more wasted stud length within the hub of the wheel), I should be fine... but, GREAT tip and something to bear in mind when they are mounted...

I believe I read on Sewell's website that the F-Sport wheels have to be purchased with the F-Sport lug nut set ($150). So that may also allow extra room for your spacers.

no problem. i think if you already have longer studs, then it should be sufficient if you keep the spacers with aftermarket wheels including fsport

i am not 100%, but i think the reason for different lugs is because the lexus factory wheels use a pretty different type of lugs (washer type), which is not used on most aftermarket wheels.

most aftermarket wheels use cone type lugs. i wonder if that's the reason.

but regardless, the lugs shouldn't determine how much stud distance you have to play with though

That red GS is pretty slick. I love the rims, I plan on getting them for my IS.
