Default ML Optimal Settings?

I tried searching but didn't find any topics specifically for the 3GS

I was wondering whats the best setting for the 3GS ML system, I currently have treble and mid all the way up and bass 3 clicks from max and it's faded to the rear by 2, but I'm sure there has to be a better way to set the ML

Thanks

Hard question to answer: Depends upon type of music, average volume level, your hearing (good or bad), and my personal favorite: PREFERENCE.

That's what makes horse races, right?

when they design the car, they will ask ML ppl to come and design the speakers with the best position specifically for the car. so, their BEST default is at the middle of the setting.
so, whatever u adjust, it's probably not the best, but more likely for personal preference.
if u want the best result, u should look for DVD-audio music

i agree that its all personal preference and what you listen to. i typically keep my bass 1 click up from the middle, my mids 2 click below middle and my treb 2 or 3 clicks up from the middle.
