Default Plug foulers and 420, 430 codes...creating a project car ugh

2006 gs300...trying to buy time to save up for new front cats...ended up gutting the ones I have because they were clogged with a 420 code after 200 mi and the infamous rotten egg smell...

After installing foulers without drilling them out now I'm getting 430 AND 420 codes...

I love this car, I don't want to turn this into a heap project car that needs attention all the time...

Should I drill the foulers out?

Any advice is appreciated 👍
