Help. ML No sound while playing CD's
 

Hello all. First and foremost I did a search and only found one post regarding this and the individual did not get any responses, so please noone flame me. I have the ML system, and have the plug and play dvd bypass, and sometimes my CD's play, but no sound comes out of the speakers, but I can hit the AM or FM button and I will get sound from my speakers. Does anyone know what is wrong. I am under warranty but wanted to hear some feedback before I disconnected the bypass and took her into the dealership. Thanks in advance.

I had the same problem took it to the dealer it was still under warranty they said it was the amplifer

Thanks. So did they replace your amp? And if so how long was the process? Thanks in advance. I'm glad that it happened now before I installed my aftermarket sub amp, because I can see Lexus saying that adding my aftermarket amp voided my warranty. So I'm gonna disconnect my plug and play bypass and take her in. I can also see Lexus saying that the plug and play voids the warranty as well.

Yes they replace it they didn't have it in stock so it took four days
