ipod/iphone interface differences

can someone point me to the differences in these 3 ipod/iphone interfaces. Looking to get one for my car soon. Is the grom as cheap as the price or is it a decent device

vais: $250+

grom : $90

oem lexus : $250+

never heard of Grom... Either go with the OEM or Vais.
