Default Tire/Wheel Problem

Has anyone ever expirienced anything like this?

After getting the wheels balanced and mounted, I aired up ALL the tires to 40psi. I drove about 1.5-2 miles (highway), checked the tires pressure and noticed that 1 of the rear wheels was now only at 32psi.
I re-aired the tires again, and went on another test drive, this time, the TPMS light went off and so I rechecked and noticed that it was now a little below 30psi,

I lost 10psi on one of the tires, and about 2psi on the other rear one.
How could I lose so much air in so little time in a short distance?

It looks like when the tires are in motion, that’s when I lose air.
When the car is sitting in the garage aired up to 40psi, I do NOT lose any pressure.

The wheels were checked for leaks, and none were found

What is wrong here? PLEASE HELP!!

They are Auto Couture Latives 20" with Nitto INVO 275/30/20
Thanks for all your input, advice, etc. in advance.

I recently put on 20's and I had a severe leak from the valve not being seated properly. One tire went down to 28 in 2 miles. I could hear whistling from mine so maybe you can try listening closely. Maybe else someone can chime in on any other possible solutions

Yea it was all checked out for leaks, and there are none present.
I actually just went to check the psi again, and its at 40psi exactly where I left it,
so it only happens when in motion.

the whole rim was soaked in water for leaks, and tested, so im positive there is no leak.

I mentioned this when I went through my after market wheel install. The problem is the TPS sensors. They are held on even the factory wheels with a plastic collar. I have heard of other lexus owners with factory wheels and TPS sensors. The solution is to use a thread locker, like locktite to seal the plastic collars and lock the TPS sensors in. I did this with my after market wheels and factory TPS sensors and the problem was solved.

If this is the case, then wouldnt all 4 wheels have the same problem?
the two front tires are perfectly fine, 1 rear was losing about 1-2psi, while the major one was losing 10psi.

Would a america's tire or wheel works know what i'm talking about if i told them to do this?

** Also, when I had the wheels cheked for leaks, I took it to 2 different places, they aired up the tires to 50psi and 60 psi to force out even the smallest leaks, the sensors were fine and was not leaking, so would the leak from the sensors that you suggested only happen while the wheels are in motion?***
