NF rides better, DF looks better (given that you liked the 'noticeable' dropped look)

Well here it is. I bought a set of df's and i also ordered a set of cst. I'll put on the df and try it out and i might stay with those through the winter, if i dont like the ride i'll put on the cst.

Ok just a little update. I'll be putting on my DF springs today, And if i dont like them, I'll take pics and put on my CST coilovers tomorrow. If i keep the DF i'll consider selling the CST. I wont advertise the sale too much in this post i"ll post it in the proper forum.

Omg. I installed only the front CST today. And I just left everything set the way it came in the box. And it actually drives smoother but sportier than stock (i dunno how thats possible but it do) Outside was just a lil too cold for me to tackle the rears. lil more work was involved. Im getting slight rubbing issues though but i'll change my tires to 245/30/20 and i hope it goes away.

for tein cst

Good to hear!

I just got my Teins CST last week but it is still in the box. I can't wait to put them on (if I ever find some free time).

Aww man.. I cant believe i even entertained the thought of keeping the springs and selling the cst. But later today i'll roll the fenders i was thinking of a smaller tire but naaaa Brooklyn roads are not rim friendly. I dont even know how to set them yet. All of my instructions are japanese. lol but i'll play with them.

it can't be hard, it's just coilovers you got two wrenches and there are two coils, there is only one way to raise / lower the ride. and the dampening is controlled by the **** at the top of the strut tower. tighten it all the way and that's stiffest. then you can click by 16 times for softer settings. do NOT get past 16 (although it allows you)

Im glad it worked out for you and you ended up putting them on, i was wondering why you were choosing springs over coils at first....and im jealous that you have a smooth ride lol...i wish they had one that works for the awd so i can use the shocks!

Im sorry i still havent got back to you, i still didnt get my car back yet, they said by wensday now. I will still hit you up when i get it back with the stuff to see if you still want any of it.

Anyways enjoy your smooth ride...i hope mine will be a little smoother then it is now with all the suspension stuff minus shocks....

Hey whats up i want to ask you what was the problem with the springs? If its was the height dont you have 2 wait like one month for it to set , and was the ride that bad.
