I just recently got mine repaired/repainted cuz the dealer dinged/scratched my bumper. I had them re-do it cuz they had done a crappy job. Get them to re-do it for you. its their fault.

Sorry to hear that, bring it back to Sewell Body Shop and talk to Stephen (he has been there for over 20 years) or the manager. They will take car of it!!!

Sounds like they didnt take the bumper off and shoot it in a controlled environment ergo you have all the contaminants in the paint that were blowing around that day. In VA here there are a ton of these "bumper jockeys" that go from dealer to dealer and shoot bumpers and spot paint to make it "look" good. Honestly they end up making it look worse.

Sewell's been great to work with for parts so I can only hope they have same customer service in person. I would make sure they pull the bumper and prep and shoot in a controlled environment. Your options are one of 3 things, buff it out/polish, wet sand it or BEST CASE remove bumper from car, take it down and start all over. Choose Option 3!
