Default Stupid LED parking light

Well I've had these 6LED light parking light bulbs and I tried to install them today... It was fairly easy until the ****N bulb popped out and is now stuck inside my parking lamp housing... I read on this forum someone had the same problem... I tried taking it out with a cloths hanger and sticky tape at the end.. This did not help...

Does anyone know of a better Idea ? Also , If i take it to the dealership do you think they will be able to take it out ?

Take apart your bumper and shake the LED out? Feel inside the light housing and see if can feel the LED?

BTW: If its loose get some electrical tape and tape it to the wire harness, THe LEDS should fit but i had some problems too, I ended up just buying a new pair of LEDS.

those LED lights suck IMHO anyway!!! If you get it outta your light assembly, leave em out! there are other options that look really well too.

i have used a zip tie with tape on the end to retrive bulbs before, loosely wrap some tape around the end to form a "cup" that you can then try to catch the head of the bulb in. pull the bulb out through the highbeam hole.

You can try a shop vac and see if you can suck it out of there if you can some how seal the opening. I would remove the high beam bulb and work from that opening with a cloth hanger 1st since that opening is bigger and lower.
I hear the same story a lot with LEDs. The cheap LED just dont fit as well or cant stand up to the heat, thats why I havent use LED in my parking light yet. PIAA make a good 194 bulb that will fit tight but its not bright enough and its too blue. The tinted bulb I got in there now snaps in and lock in pretty tight and matches the HID pretty well.

The contact point of the bulb should be metal. Try to use a strong magnet (pick up at any auto shops) and get it out that way. If the contact point is not metal then I don't know.

Those 194 wedge bulbs, unlike other bulbs that have a metal base, only have a thin piece of wire as the contact point, it would be very hard to pick up with a magnet.

Here is a pic of the super white LED's I put in.. Now I have to match the HID low beams.. What color bulb do you think will look good with it, 6000k or 8000k ?

why not match the HID with the 194 bulb, much easier, cheaper and better light output in the long run

yeah its more economical to have the wedge bulbs match the HID lights that is if u are ok with the HID colour

polarg M4/M6 are good wedge bulbs for that purpose
