Change Odometer to Kilometres

I have an 07' GS 350 AWD purchased in the U.S. I live in Canada and would like to convert the odometer and trip meter to kilometres from miles. I changed to kilometres in the nav. system - that was pretty easy. Does anyone know how to change the odometer reading to kilometres?

yeah, you have to change the gauge cluster.

You can change the cluster but you can't alter the mileage legally.
