I am waiting for a used 2007 GS350 at a good price, but there are not much in the market now.

^^^ I was looking for a used one, but couldn't find the color and features I want it. Plus, the used one price out about 2-4k lower. I rather buy a new one.

Thats about what I paid and I thought it was a good deal. But I got mine back in early December and the 08s had not been out long. You might be able to do slightly better now that they have been out a few months more.

either way, with the current market i would go for invoice. though somehow i thought the invoice was under 46k. maybe they have a price increase since 08?

I am sorry for the confusion.
The invoice price per the sales person is $46.263 (over the phone).
I am sure I can get it at this price. My questions is can get cheaper than invoice price?

Cars.com is showing invoice at $44,863 with ventilated front seats, but without the illuminated door sills.

$46K + tax & tags is a great price for the best auto you may ever own. Just go buy it! They can raise the price tomorrow and somebody will pick it up before you can blink. They're wonderful vehicles and worth every penny IMHO.
