I find the seats on the GS very comfortable, we did a couple of 2 hour long trips and they are fine.

the lumbar seems adequate enough for my 5-6hrs commute from AZ-CA, although i wish it is directional rather than just forward/backward support

on long trips, my butt hurts more than my back

Someone else on here used to complain about the seats and back pain.

I found that I had to put the lumbar support mostly to the back, otherwise I felt that it was poking me in the back. but generally I find the seats very comfortable.

I also find the seats comfortable and I typically have pack pain. Try adjusting the lumbar support, maybe it is the way you arch in the seat.

I think the seats in my GS are very very comfortable. I frequently make trips from Phoenix to LA (5.5hrs) and the seats make the trip much more bearable than in my G35. Not to sound like an *** but have you tried going to the chiropractor. They have amazing things for me in the past

experiment with that lumbar adjustment. even tho it only goes in and out, it helps me. i have back issues and actually find the seats more comfortable than most.

i had a back pain too, but i've been keep changing the position, playing around with it while driving.. now i found the most comfortable position. it's a good thing that we have an adjustable steering wheel.
