aux ipod GROM adapter installation a failure?
i am wondering if anyone installed an ipod adapter from GROM technology.
today, i tried it out and it didnt work. cycling through the mode.. AM, FM1, FM2, CD changer, and then back to AM. my 07 gs didnt see the GROM unit as CD changer 2.
believe it or not, the GROM unit will work if i didnt connect the car factory cable up to the Y cable on the GROM. but then, i wont be able to access the MAPs. it would say "external system is not connected."
any advice from you is greatly appreciated!
