I plan on getting my new gs350 tinted with carbon. I was wondering if ceramic tint is really worth getting because carbon can be done for $130, but ceramic tint costs around $500.
Can someone tell me the numbers for limo tint on the back window, and good number for sides that will give pretty good dark shade from outside. But will be able to see outside from inside.

do the back window 5 and the side 20 but all depends on wat interior u have.

I just had SolarGard HP Supreme at 35% put all the way around (Except for the front windshield) in Oregon for $275.00 on my 2006 Lexus GS300. I like the way it looks. It's dark, but not to dark. (Of course we don't get that much Sun in Oregon) and looks classy, and not gangster.

With a 35% tint with HP Surpreme, I get 44% Total Solar Energy Rejection.

i have huper optik ceramic and it's totally worth it imho. cut down so much heat

i think it depends on what color interior and exterior you have. i myself have a light color car with black interior. i personally dont like light color cars with "blacked-out" windows. i decided on a reeeeeally light shade of tint (50%) all the way around. most people think it waaay too light but im completely happy with it. the black interior makes it look a little darker anyway.

I have limo tint all the way around.
but like rominl said ceramic is really worth it to cut down the interior heat...especially living out here in the desert.

Is it ok to see outside with 20% all the way around with carbon tint?

it is ok to see out but it is illegal here in TX, you prob wont fail inspection with it, but may have to do alot of shopping around to find a shop willing to do it

I just got my windows tinted last week. I went with 35% all the way round. It looks great and it is not too dark from inside.

I'm at 35 for the fronts and 18% on the rear. If I had to do it again, i'm gonna do the rears at 35% as Solargard no longer makes a 20%.
