Here is how much the 07 GS350 Im waiting on costs:

I put down $10k and I'm financing it. Total price including taxes (after putting down my 10K) = $37,805.95

This includes the rear camera, navigation, bluetooth and rear spoiler.

This is a friend of my wifes and I was wondering if you guys think this is a good deal or not.

What is NY tax rate and the total selling price before the tax (including your downpayment)? The good or bad deal will be based on that selling price and if you are actually getting that black GS350 you want. Probably with a current shortage of GS350 in NY/NJ area, if you are getting the car for about $500 over the invoice - you are doing good!!! That is just regarding the actual deal on the car. But, since you are also financing almost $38k, your deal can get even better with some lower credit union rates. I can only imagine how much monthly payments going to be with financing through Toyota/Lexus.
