My Nav system is very grainy. Its like the graphics has a slight blurr effect to it. My wifes IS250 Nav is has very CRISP & CLEAR graphics. She even has the icons of the actual logos for gas stations (Shell, BP, Exxon, etc), fast food (McD's, wendys, krystal, etc) and others. Its very cool...maybe mine has it and just have set it that way yet. Mine just seems grainy and not as defined as hers. I don't know maybe there is something I can adjust just haven't had it long enough to figure out.

JaxGS350, hope to see you around town...you'll primarily see me around Mandarin/Southside of Jax. Your car looks awesome with the exhaust..maybe PM me how much that would set me back if I were to go that route. not sure of other mods I would do yet to the 430

it has 7300 miles so not brand brand new..it was titled sometime last spring. the nav said it was version 5.1,,is that the gen 4? I was thinking Gen 5 just on the v5.1..oh well

However, 2006 IS already has an upgraded gen 5 navigation system (I am not sure the version of disc).
BTW, I like your sexy red!!

Congrats on your new ride!! I know how feel about the beautiful red color. I looked for 3.5 months to find an 06 GS430 with the Matador/Black combo and all options except XM. Finally found one on the lot at Doylestown Lexus with 7386 miles on it. They flew me up from Fort Lauderdale and I drove it back in ~ 18 hours. Unbelievable drive! This is my first Lexus and I can see what all of the rage is about them.
