On our 06 GS300 AWD it says "Check System" and the TPMS light is flashing. We can't open the moonroof (it's stuck closed, which is better than the opposite), but when we shut off the car it says "Moonroof Open", when it's not

Does anyone know if there are ways to pinpoint this or anything? I'll take it to the dealer no problem, but if it's something I can reset myself then I'd rather not go to the dealer until I have to (ie next oil change).
