Side mirrors don't tilt down anymore
 

My Battery die the other day, keeping the headlight on and now my side mirrors don't tilt down when I put the gear in reverse.

Does anyone know how to make this work again? Do I have to take this to the dealer to get this fixed? I hate going to the dealer, because their excause for not fixing the car is that it's been "modified - lowered + rims" and therefore it's creating those problems.

If there is a way to get this fixed, let me know.

in the small "switch panel" that drops down by you knee (when in the driver seat) check to make sure that the switch for the mirror is either left or right and not in the center(no selection lite on the 3GS). These are soft keys so after a loss of power it will default to the "center" postion which keeps the mirrors in the up postion at all times. As long as the R or L is selected the mirrors will tilt while in reverse.
