Im waiting for the new g35 to come out so I can decide what Im going to do.. I have put off buying the lexus GS until I can test drive the G35. If lexus made the IS350 in AWD I would have had one in my driveway a long time ago. But since they dont Im left on trying to decide do I want to spend $50K on the loaded GS or high $30K's on the G35? We shall see, stay tuned

Most of GM companies share platforms. Aston Martin was bought out by Ford in the 90's so In essence Toyota had a key role in the develpment of Lexuswhere Ford simply is supplying Aston Martin with funds and what not.
I would cringe at thinking that an Aston Martin is a Ford.
I know i know, they may have some ford parts here and there like a window relay or something.
Sorry for being a knit-picker.
Aston interior has Ford parts bin. Some handles, buttons..
The Aston V-12 is 2 Ford Duratec V-6s together...seriously...

Yes Lexus parent company is Toyota but clearly Toyota has been more successful with the LExus brand and its seperation. HEck Lexus has been sold worldwide since 1989....
