What do I do to remove the metal cover concerning the three tabs on the outside of the metal case?

You don't remove the three metal tabs, there should be a small wire holding the bulb in that looks like a hook. One end is bolted to the housing but on the other side there is a latch to release the wire. After that wire is free twist the bulb and it will come out. The description under the third pic talks about it and you can barley see the wire in the picture held by a screw in the middle.

is there a more detailed installation guide than this. This is great but does not show you where the location of light compartment is. I have done this in the past & i vaguely remember something having to be removed to get access to the light compartment. This guide is great once you know how to get to it.

I am looking into HID kit, and I'm curious weather my 2007 GS450H has factory HIDs installed or do I need an HID kit?

According to our fitment guide that vehicle came equipped with D4S HID bulbs. You do not need a HID kit for your vehicle since you already have HID lights.

So one of my lights failed , it turns off sometimes & its week so i flipped them & i confirmed that the bulb need replacement .
I like the current phillips one but i tend to like the blue one even more ( i have 6000K on my prius & i am in love with it ) so if i purchase the 6000K is that ok or it will effect the ballast control ? also i want to replace the daytime running lights i hate the yellow so what should i get to make it match ?
i found OSRAM on Xenon Depot is that a good brand or should i go with phillips ? and i noticed that Xenon depot prices are high also any other places to shop ?

As long as you get the correct bulb with the same specs for your ballast than there is no issue with getting another color bulb.

Osram is a great quality brand as well, you may know them as Sylvania here in North America. The CBI bulbs they have does offer more color vs the Philips 5000K ones but if you are comparing them to the Philips 6000K then they would have more blue.

Our prices may be higher but we only sell genuine Philips and Osram products as an authorized dealer while other vendors may be selling fake ones for cheaper. Right now we are offering an extra 10% off any order or 20% off orders over $200.

@shammas990 - If you don't care about color then I suggest going with 4300k, as that kelvin color would be the brightest. If you want slightly more "blue" then the 6000k version is a nice way to go.

The 4300k bulbs look better as they are an authentic color. The 6000k bulbs look a bit cheap as if trying to look like an Euro car.

Does anyone know if there's a fog light bulb by Xeon Depot that performs as the DRL and highbeam?

Are you looking for a fog light bulb or a High Beam/DRL bulb?
