Default Operation Blue Tape Run (No 56k'ers)

Okay, so me, Sansei, and Budd28 headed out to VEGA$ last weekend fot the HIN show. We hopped onboard the Operation Blue Tape Caravan and had some fun! Speed Chanel, G4 TV, Modified Magazine, Tunerzine.com, and Overboost.com were there to document the drive. There were ~50 cars total and we had some good clean fun. Here are some shots from Modified Magazine.

Here's a quote from the Blutape site: "operation:bluetape starts in the bay september 7, then to la and ends up in sin city at HIN's nightshift on september 9,2006. come see the top cars from northern and southern california compete at nightshift las vegas in order to find out who really is the best of the best. we've put different magazines and video magzines together to be a part of this first cruise so you might just see yourself in an upcoming issue by being a part of operation:bluetape. check back for more info on the cruise or be a part of it by entering at www.hotimportnights.com. meet up locations to be posted soon. feel free to drop a line or ask a question companies already on board with giveaways during this trip and sponsoring prizes are a'pexi integration valvoline synpower eagle F1 NRG seventh letter drama clothing more to come..."

Manufacture: Madico
Model: Mac3000 (Ceramic based)
Shade: 30% (but look darker in the sun due to high reflectivity)

Where: At my shop
Who: Almighty Master Hann Kim (no one but Hann touches my cars)
Price: $#%@^&*~!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you don't even want to know...

Hann USUALLY doesn't sell the Madico through his location. He tries to "reserve" the product for me as an exclusive. The Madico film is much clearer and has less "fuzziness" to the film. It's called a "high-definition" film since it almost seems invisible when looking out. The Madico also has much more reflectivity from the outside and less chances of "ghosting". I would definitely go Madico over Huper...

If you take a look at Clark's (SanseiGS43) car, he has the Huper 30 on his. You can compare his to mine (Mac3000 = 30% also). We both have black interiors so it's a good comparison.

If you want, next time give me a ring since Hann comes to my place quite often and we can do it here.... (I see you're down the street in Torrance)
