Default Lexus Newbie

Hey guys...
First post for me on the forums, and I am sure glad it is regarding the GS350. I too, as many others on the board, am interested in getting my hands on one of these. After spending hours of reading the great information provided on this website, I have decided on getting the 350 over the 300.
I live in Los Angeles, but have family up north, so I would be willing to drive to almost any dealer that would offer the best price on this vehicle. I've read many posts here about dealerships giving awesome deals on the 300s and 430s, but what are the chances that dealers would budge from MSRP on the 2007s when they first hit the show rooms?
I could really use your guidance on this guys, so thanks for your help in advance.
Do you think I would have any leverage in purchasing the car totally with cash? I won't have a trade-in.
So, there you go...a little bit about my situation. I would greatly appreciate any and all help from you guys. Thanks

Default A few GS350's should arrive just at the end..

of August here in the East.

Starfire Pearl replaces Crystal White
Obsidian Black replaces Black Onyx
Smokey Granite replaces Flint Mica
Black Sapphire replaces Blue Onyx
Mercury Metallic still around
Matador Red Mica still the same
Verdigris Mica is new ( dark green )
Glacier Frost still hanging on by a thread
Chardonnay and Quartz shadow are on the bubble...

List pricing very similar to the 2006 GS300.

Motorworld Lexus in Wilkes-Barre PA has at least one that I saw today. Lots of extra chrome compared to my 300. Did'nt look at the sticker though.

paying cash or finance wont help with the pricing, usually new cars for 07 is non-nego. they will probably work on the gs 300, but not 350 too early might be in high demand just like the IS when it first came out

Lots of extra chrome? Where? Or are you just referring to the wheels?

I can't imagine there would be any exterior differences between the '07 and '07 GS models, except for wheel choices.

Default I think the sighting was a GS450h hence the...

extra chrome. There will be a Shark antenna on all '07's. It can double for use with XM radio and Lexus Link. BTW this will be added to the IS250/350's too. The GS350 will have rear side airbags like the '07 ES350. There will be a VSC or VDIM off switch now. The front brake rotors are getting larger and high friction pads.

Will GS300 owners be able to upgrade the front windshield mounted Sirius antennas to the shark fin?

I don't think the GS will ever be in high demand. The car is just over priced! They are selling less than 2000 nation wide a month. The 350GS will not be much different. To much money for that car.
