Or should I select ODO and hold? Im going to try that and see if that works.

Install TPMS sensors onto new wheels... (Pro's Only)
1) Mark the spot where you'd like to open the hole to install the sensor. You want to find a spot with similar curvitures as the stock wheel for best fitment. We are essentially installing a secondary valvestem. (remember you need the entire stem adn sensor unit from factory wheel)
2) Start with a small bit and drill a pilot hole.
3) Use a larger bits to open the hole just enough for the sensor to go through. Or to make life easier, use a uni-bit. I forget the hole/bit size... sorry guys...
4) Attach sensor and stem...
5) Try to position the new stem opposite the "actual" stem for better balance. You won't have to utilise as many weight when balancing the wheel.
6) Here's a view of the sensor from the other side after the tires been mounted...

Yes it's not a US version, I'm leaving in the middle east , United Arab Emirates ,and there is many different like the DVD and radar sensor but the on with the info button worked with me, actually I should say is there any way the local dealer can disable such things in the car? and how can I work it out? cuz this phone thing is really annoying me.

The Navi by-pass tricks works on my wife's 3GS, on my friend's land-cruiser and the new RX350 that I got to drive for 2 days as a loaner. However, these are all US-version Lexus vehicles.
Maybe foreign model of 3GS is a bit different?? hmmmm.......

well, as all other mods are working (bluetooth volume, seatbelt) it seems to be something else. However mine was built for and sold in Europe, so.... Do you think that the gen4 nav will work with gen5 maps? or we have to make it without map updates from now on?

This year when I installed my wheels and tires I disconected the battery .I reconected it after 30 minutes or so.I have not had the flashing light that botherd the hell out of me last summer.I am not sure if this is a fix or a fluke.

Oil Maint Reqd - can't get Odo to blank
I've just had an oil change on my 2006 GS300, and the Oil Maint Reqd indicator is still on. Have tried the procedure per the manual and this forum, but can't get the Odo button to get me to a blank screen.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
