For those of you who have test driven the newest generation Toyota Avalon: Is it more spacious on the inside than the 3rd gen GS430?

 

I haven't driven the Avalon but I sat in one. That thing is big! For comparison, check the "interior dimension" section from the link below. I added Mercedes S-class into the comparo just for fun. Note that the rear leg room in the Avalon is almost as cross-your-leg worthy as the S-class.
