Hey all. Just wanted to know if any of you came across this problem. This morning, on the drive into the office, I noticed that both my rear view mirrors don't tilt down when in reverse. This is the first time that that has happened. While reversing to park at my office, it didn't tilt down. I parked, shut off the engine, started it back up and it still didn't tilt down after putting it back in reverse.

The only thing that I did differently this past weekend was to try out the control to pull in the rear view mirrors. Do you have to reset something in order for the tilt down feature to work again after rolling the mirrors in?

Just thought I'd check here before having Lexus service take care of it. Have to take the car in again in about a week anyways.

check your L/R mirror controls. if it is set on Left or Right adjust, then the mirrors tilt. if it is in the center position, the mirrors will not tilt. that is the factory setting.
