The one on the driver's door is more like a buzzing that I think is coming from the rubbing of the black top panel and the arm rest panel. When I hear it, I can press on the black panel and it stops. I can also cause that joint to creak when I press on it.

The one in the passenger door side seems louder but only when there's rough asphalt or grooved concrete pavement on the freeway. Sometimes I think it's coming from the glove compartment too though.

For what it's worth, while these noise are irriating, if I have the stereo on a moderate level, it masks those sounds. However, there are times when there are breaks in the music or something and I hear it and get irritated. I hope that can fix these noises without taking apart much more than the door panels.
