Just wondering, for you GS owners out there...since there no longer is a key slot for the ignition (right?), what does the Valet Key look like? And is there still a 'flat key' card?

 

I did not get a seperate Valet key nor the card key that came with my 2nd Gen with my 06 GS. I only received the two Fobs which include the emergency key for opening the door (or trunk).

There have been other Threads talking about the disadvantage of this for security purposes but I have not heard anything from my Dealer.

 

The 3GS only comes with 2 keys and no credit card key. You slide the actually key out of the smart key, lock your glove box and hand the FOB to the service advisor( so they can start the car and service your car).

 

Wow so cool. I learn something new here everyday. I cant wait to get mine already.
